Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of digital products (downloadable PDF guides) offered by SavoirMalin on the website www.savoirmalin.fr. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 — Products
SavoirMalin sells only digital products (PDF files). The key features of each product are described on the corresponding product page.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all taxes. SavoirMalin reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 — Ordering and Payment
The order is confirmed after full payment has been received. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. SavoirMalin accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and the payment methods available at checkout.
Article 5 — Delivery of Digital Products
Once payment is confirmed, the download link is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. The download is available immediately and can be accessed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. No physical delivery is made.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent. By confirming your order and accessing the download, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
Article 7 — Satisfaction Guarantee
Although the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, SavoirMalin is committed to addressing any complaints within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us at contact@savoirmalin.fr with any inquiries.
Article 8 — Intellectual Property
All content sold on SavoirMalin (texts, diagrams, exercises, layouts) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale, even in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Article 9 — Liability
SavoirMalin shall not be held liable for any consequential damages resulting from the use of its products. The guides are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Article 10 — Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
