Our products are digital goods (downloadable PDF files) made available immediately upon confirmation of payment.

No Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as the download begins.

No Refunds Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, no refunds can be issued after download.

Exceptions If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your file, please contact us via our Contact page within 48 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide you with the file through another means.
